The cost of a crewed charter includes boat rental, fuel, crew, drinks, food, toys and cleaning. The price vary depending on the size and type of the boat you chose, the number of passengers, the destination, the season and - of course - the duration. Additional amenities or services could also affect the price, such as having a DJ, private chef on board or special watertoys.

Die Hochsaison, die typischerweise von November bis Februar dauert, ist die ideale Zeit. Group tours (joined trips) are offered by some yacht companies that sell individual tickets for a yacht tour on a specific date with the aim of using the boat to its full capacity. They are ok for singles or couples without special requirements, as the tickets are of course significantly cheaper than a private charter yacht.

The question of whether a join trip or a private Yachtcharter is better can best be answered with a counter question: Do you prefer traveling on a crowded bus or in a luxurious private car?

However, for a certain group size or for certain requirements, it is advisable to book a private tour, as these cost the same or only slightly higher pro Person price, but offer significant advantages:

• Individual service that starts with the advisory before booking and is personally tailored to you until the end of the Yachtcharter tour
• Plenty of space and privacy on board
• No strangers on board who could disturb you (or possibly offend your religious feelings) through their behavior or clothing. Only you, your familiy/friends and the crew.
• They decide everything according to their taste - route and schedule (where they like it best, they just stay there...), food, music, activities, return
• You can tailor everything on your private yacht to your children or older people, and at the same time you don't have to take any special features of other groups into account.

Ja, in vielen Fällen können unsere Charteryachten Sie direkt von einem Ort / Strand abholen, wo Sie sich aufhalten. Dies hängt von vielen Faktoren wie Gezeiten, Wind- und Wetterbedingungen sowie der Art des Mietbootes ab.

Grundsätzlich ist das Einsteigen im Hafen / Pier am sichersten und komfortabelsten. Und normalerweise ist dies der nächstgelegene Ort zu Ihrem Ziel. Wenn Sie beispielsweise auf der Westseite von Phuket wohnen (Patong, Kamala, Mai Khao, Kata ...) und zu den Phi Phi Islands fahren möchten, die sich auf der Ostseite von Phuket befinden, müsste das Boot um die Insel herumfahren. Diese Zeit würde für Ihren eigentlichen Ausflug verloren gehen, es sei denn, Sie buchen zusätzliche Reisezeiten.

Insgesamt kann dies erhebliche zusätzliche Kosten mit sich bringen (Benzinverbrauch, zusätzliche Zeit, etc.). Wir klären gerne die Optionen und Kosten je nach Fall individuell ab und teilen sie Ihnen mit.

Ja, wir arrangieren gerne private Yachttouren zu besonderen Veranstaltungen wie der Vollmondparty in Koh Phangan oder Silvester in Patong mit außergewöhnlichen Tourzeiten. Alles ist möglich! :)

Es ist ratsam, dies so weit im Voraus wie möglich zu planen, da die Verfügbarkeit und Flexibilität unserer Yachten und Crews kurz vor den entsprechenden Terminen nicht mehr vollständig gewährleistet ist.

Yes, this is generally possible if you have booked the Yachtcharter for the full day. Flexibility is limited when booking half-day tours, as the other half of the day may be booked by other Gäste and must start on time. But we will try to arrange your needs!

Please inform us of such plans as early as possible.

• In some cases, yacht operators have a legal requirement for safety reasons to be back at the pier or to be at anchor (during overnight stays) at Sundown.
• If your boarding is delayed due to your own fault, in most cases the lost time cannot be attributed to the tour as the staff is only available for the booked period and may have other commitments.

Value Added Tax (VAT) is a tax that is levied on consumer goods and services in almost every country in the world and, similar to the US sales tax, increases the final price for consumers accordingly.

The current VAT rate in Thailand is 7%.

This tax revenue is used to finance public facilities such as piers and jetties, staff and Marine rescue services. Hopefully. 

• To ensure the greatest possible cost transparency, all our displayed prices include VAT. This can be a disadvantage when comparing prices with other providers, who display net prices and then add the tax as a nice surprise. It is therefore best to ask for final prices right ab the start. 
• Of course, you will also find suppliers who offer their products at a lower price without VAT. We recommend that you carefully weigh up the risks of such transactions, which are of course always based on private payment methods and, in the event of damage, possibly without any insurance cover at all. 

We will be happy to accommodate all your wishes within the scope of the possibilities on board, as long as they are mentioned early enough. 

If you have any restrictions or special requirements in your group, please let us know in good time, ideally at the time of booking your Yachtcharter. This includes:

• Please note, however, that even on tours with a private chef, individual a la carte orders are not possible, but shared menus are served that can be prepared efficiently and to a high quality.

• The chance to realize your wishes shortly before boarding or during the tour are very limited.

We try to find a solution for every situation and need and prepare accordingly. But this is not possible if we do not know about it in time. The time of boarding is not the best time :)

Der Ausbau des Mobilfunknetzes in Thailand ist sehr weit fortgeschritten und Sie können in fast allen Touristenzielen sehr gute Verbindungen erwarten. Dies schließt größere Inseln mit entwickelter Infrastruktur wie Phi Phi Island ein, sowie die meisten Inseln, die nur wenige Meilen vom Festland entfernt sind.

Je größer jedoch die Entfernung zum Festland wird, desto lückenhafter wird die Netzabdeckung, so dass letztendlich eine Internetverbindung möglicherweise nicht mehr möglich ist, sondern nur noch eine reine GSM-Telefonverbindung oder gar keine Verbindung. Je nach Standort und den Wetterbedingungen kann dies nicht mit Sicherheit vorhergesagt werden.

Je nach Ausstattung bieten viele private Charter-Yachten WiFi an Bord, da ihre eigene mobile Ausrüstung oder sogar Satellitenverbindung eine größere Reichweite hat. Dies gilt natürlich besonders für unsere Superyachten, die darauf ausgelegt sind, eine professionelle Arbeitsumgebung zu bieten

Auf hoher See kann jedoch nicht immer eine gute, stabile Verbindung garantiert werden. Wenn aus irgendeinem Grund oder zu irgendeiner Zeit eine stabile Verbindung für Sie unerlässlich ist, besprechen Sie dies bitte mit dem Kapitän.

Yes, you can pay by credit card. We will send you a payment link with which you can send money easily and securely. The payment is processed by a certified service provider. For the payment processing we have to add 3.5% to the total price. 

As it takes more than 7 days for us to access the money, all payments over 60,000 THB must be made at least 7 days before departure. If you would like to pay your balance at the time of boarding, please pay in cash.

While most insurance policies cover personal belongings up to a certain limit, high-value items may not be fully protected. If you’re bringing valuables on your Yachtcharter, arrange additional coverage for these items to ensure compensation if they are lost or stolen.

4. Acts of War or Terrorism

Yacht charter travel insurance generally includes evacuation for medical emergencies but often excludes coverage for evacuations due to war or terrorism. If your destination carries a higher risk of such events, consider supplementary coverage for evacuation in these scenarios.

5. Intoxication or Illegal Activities

Insurance will not cover incidents related to intoxication, illegal drug use, or unlawful activities. For a safe and secure yacht experience, avoid any behavior that could void your coverage in case of an incident.

6. Known or Foreseeable Events

If an incident is considered a “known” or “foreseeable” event, most insurers won’t accept claims related to it. Be mindful of specific coverage limitations for certain activities or events, and ask your provider about additional policies for known risks.

7. Unapproved Yacht Operators or Vessels

If damage or injury occurs because an unapproved individual was operating the yacht or if an unapproved vessel was used, insurers may deny coverage. Ensure that only certified operators handle your yacht and verify that your charter meets insurance requirements.

With payment of the full amount, all agreed services including taxes are paid for. The only possible additional costs:

• Voluntary tips for the crew (gratuities)
• Your own expenses for dining out or renting water toys (jet skis)
• Marine Park fees to be paid in cash directly to the park rangers. The amount varies depending on the park, but we will inform you about this on the website or during the booking process.
• Compensation for damages in the event of negligent damage to the yacht or its furnishings.

If transport isn't already included, we'd be delighted to arrange a convenient way for you to get where you need to go. We've made it super easy for you to choose the area of your accommodation in our handy booking calculator! Just a heads-up, the price for transport may vary depending on the distance.

•  We always try to make sure you're as comfortable and legal as can be, so we like to keep our minivans at maximum capacity. This is for your convenience, as we find that 10 people is the ideal number, even if the vehicle could technically accommodate 1-2 more in jump seats.
• Of course, you're also welcome to organize the transport yourself or have it carried out by your hotel. We'll be sure to let you know the exact address of the meeting point after you make your booking.

We'll make sure all the transport is organised so that you can be on the boat right on time for departure.
We hope you don't have to be late, but if you are, there are a couple of things to keep in mind.

• First, you might miss time at the boat, which would be a shame.
• Second, your taxi driver has a tight schedule and might have to leave because of other pick-up appointments. If this happens, the taxi driver will unfortunately have to charge you for the journey and you'll then need to arrange alternative transport at your own expense.
  Just a heads-up: taxi drivers in Thailand usually wait a maximum of 15 minutes.
• All transportation is organized ab a single pickup point. If your group is spread out in different areas of a larger resort, please arrange a meeting point where transportation begins and where it can be reasonably split between different buses.
• If you stay in a place that is difficult to access (e.g., very steep mountain slopes), it may be too dangerous for drivers to pick you up right at your doorstep. In this case, we kindly ask that you wait for the driver at a safe and convenient spot. We'll make sure to pick you up at the nearest, safely accessible location.
